Workflow process modelling and resource allocation based on polychromatic sets theory

In workflow management, studying the relationship between workflow process activities and resource allocation is one of the interesting research topics. Polychromatic sets theory (PST) is a relatively new mathematical theory which is especially suitable for treating such problems. Based on PST, this paper proposes a framework of workflow process modelling and resource allocation. As the theoretical foundation, polychromatic sets (PS), polychromatic graph (PG) and isolation operation (IO) of the PS are introduced. Special net structure (SNS), a special PG with colourless nodes and concolourous edges, is also introduced, and a new workflow process model and its verification algorithm are presented. Furthermore, a workflow resource model based on the entity of PS is developed. Based on IO of PS, the allocation mechanism that considers workflow process and workflow resource is proposed. Finally, a case study is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the above-mentioned theory and method.     

Fingerprint‐Based Recognition

Biometric recognition, or biometrics, refers to the authentication of an individual on the basis of her or his biometric traits. Among the various biometric traits (e.g., face, iris, fingerprint, and voice), fingerprint‐based authentication has the longest history and has been successfully adopted in both forensic and civilian applications. Advances in fingerprint capture technology have resulted in new large‐scale civilian applications (e.g., US Visitor and Immigrant Status Indicator Technology program). However, these systems still encounter difficulties due to various noise factors present in operating environments. There is also a general lack of scientific development in forensic methods, including fingerprint‐based methods, in terms of identifying, incorporating, and quantifying sources of variability in the decision‐making process. The purpose of this article is to give an overview of current practice in fingerprint‐based recognition, its challenges, and areas of future research.

根据我国现行有关建筑节能的方针政策及各项规程的要求,本着因地制宜,就地取材的原则,在鸟山矿井食堂工程节能设计中,采用了煤矸石空心砖为框架填充墙,外贴100mm厚聚苯乙稀保温板,屋面和地面用挤塑保温板,满足了建筑节能50%的要求。     

Optimal targeted reduction in reserve requirement ratio in China

This study determines the optimal targeted reduction in reserve requirement ratio in China. We find that a targeted reduction in reserve requirement ratio incentivizes commercial banks to reallocate more credit resources to micro and small enterprises, thus eliminating the negative output gap, slightly dampening the rise in unemployment, but also increasing financial instability. Although there is little direct effect on inflation, raising the targeted reduction in reserve requirement ratio can help mitigate the positive effect of output gap on inflation so that an output gap increase is accompanied by a smaller increase in inflation. Optimal rules for targeted reduction in reserve requirement ratio and interest rate policy are derived. Output gap, inflation, and financial instability are three main factors driving the policy dynamics. A targeted reduction in reserve requirement ratio is complementary to interest rate policy, which helps eliminate the negative output gap and allows the interest rate to be less responsive to inflation volatility.

音视频类电子设备的确认检验项目探讨

针对音频、视频类产品的定期产品确认检验项目进行阐述，分别对实施细则所规定的七个项目的试验进行了试验方法探讨，探讨的内容分别为标记和使用说明、防触电保护的结构、接触电流测试、抗电强度和绝缘电阻试验、接地电阻试验、直插式电源适配器插头试验，并总结试验结果与判定方法。     

装备保障方式转型需求分析

本文通过对未来作战部队装备保障特点的讨论,分析了当前我军装备模式存在的问题和差距,进一步明确了装备保障方式转型的需求和目标,对于促进我军装备保障方式的转型具有非常重要的推动作用。
